taking it easy
here are some snapshots of my christmas…
i was a bad blogger, and didn’t take any shots of food or family or celebrations or anything remotely christmas-y, and only took these pictures of the garden on my last day. i just didn’t want to take any photos; i was enjoying relaxing and spending time with my family and generally taking it easy.
christmas goes on forever in my family; i think we had four big family dinners in five days, and that’s excluding the 20 person breakfast on boxing day.
but i loved every minute of it.

i have been enjoying my holiday, but can you believe that its christmas in THREE DAYS?!
i ran into a friend in the city today, and he asked me if i was okay; i think i was looking slightly bedraggled (though navigating through the christmas crowds would suck the life from anyone). i’m australian, and it’s summer (just); aren’t i supposed to be having fun and swanning around all relaxed and cool?
that can be my mission for tomorrow…
knitwear
i very, very, very much want this (first) top.
i saw it a while ago now, and just can’t get it out of my mind…
this bottom one is nice, too

this is my idea of party dressing; comfortable and belly-bloat allowed clothes capped off with a ridiculously over-the-top accessory. fun!
